The Tiki Master Cocktail Competition, created by Daniele Dalla Pola, is the only competition dedicated to exotic cocktail craftsmanship. Inspired by legendary tiki bars and restaurants such as Don the Beachcomber, Trader Vic’s, The Kon-Tiki, and The Mai-Kai, the competition challenges bartenders to honor the legacy of pioneers like Mariano Licudine, Ray Buen, and Dick Santiago. The goal is to create a modern classic tiki cocktail, blending tradition with innovation while showcasing the depth of flavors, storytelling, and craftsmanship that define the tiki culture
