Daniele is the creator, founder, and co-owner of some of the most influential tropical bars and brands, including Nu Lounge Bar, Esotico Miami (sold), Kaona Room, and Alamea Exotic Infusions. He is also the creative force behind Voyage Rum Co., an amber rum brand inspired by global travels, and collaborates actively with Cocktail Kingdom and Libbey for glassware and bar tools.

His expertise extends beyond cocktails to bar consulting, private-label spirits, and custom glassware, offering hotels, resorts, and bars unique solutions to elevate their beverage programs.
