Winner of the inaugural Tiki Master Cocktail Competition - Fiji Edition, 2025. Held at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort on the 21st September.


Topan, Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa, is a highly accomplished food & beverage professional more than a decade with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality across Asia, Middle East and Caribbean.


In his own words: “I am very passionate about food, wines, spirits and cocktails. Originally from Bali, Indonesia.


“I was offered the opportunity to Join Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa as Director of Food & Beverage, where I oversee all dining operations and lead the development of a world-class beverage program designed to elevate our guests’ experience and showcase local flavors.


“When it comes to beverage program, My goal is to elevate it into a signature experience for our guests, curating innovative cocktails, premium wine selections, and non-alcoholic offerings while highlighting local Fijian ingredients and sustainable practices. We’re aiming to blend global standards with a distinct sense of place so that our bars and restaurants become a true highlight of the resort.”
