Marie King is an icon in the world of tropical cocktails and rum. Having established the first new Don the Beachcomber cocktail program in decades at the former Huntington Beach CA location, she continues to expand the brand as Beverage Director for 23 Restaurant Services, which includes Don the Beachcomber and the Gantt’s Reserve Collection (Morgan’s Cove) in Florida. Previously Marie was the Beverage Director for Tonga Hut, Los Angeles’ oldest tiki bar. Internationally recognized for her contributions to the world of rum and tropical libations, she continues to be an advocate for the industry and a mentor to all.
